(a) The following qualifications shall apply to each applicant for temporary licensure as an audiologist:(1) The applicant shall submit a complete application pursuant to Hcp 301.02, including payment of the application fee;(2) The applicant shall meet the character qualifications of Hcp 302.01;(3) The applicant shall meet all of the educational requirements for permanent licensure as stated in either Hcp 302.02(a) and (b) or in Hcp 302.02(c); and(4) The applicant shall possess a current state license and submit a copy of such license and that state's licensing regulations;(b) The board shall notify the applicant of acceptance or denial within 30 days from acceptance for filing of the application.(c) A temporary license shall be granted by the board for up to 120 days in the event that the board finds that the applicant has met the requirements of this section.N.H.
