Section Hcp 208.04 - Exceptions to Interlocutory Rulings by the Presiding Officer(a) The board shall not entertain interlocutory appeals of procedural or discovery orders made by the presiding officer. Contemporaneous exceptions to such rulings shall be unnecessary to preserve the objections of any party adversely affected.(b) Objections to adverse rulings by a presiding officer shall be brought to the attention of the board by including such objections in any exceptions taken to a proposed decision under Hcp 208.05. When a proposed decision is not issued, such objections shall be presented to the board as a motion or as part of a closing memorandum submitted within 10 days from the close of the hearing.N.H.
