Section Hcp 208.01 - Designation(a) Adjudicative proceedings commenced by the board shall be conducted by a presiding officer.(b) The board chairman shall serve as presiding officer unless he or she designates another board member to so serve or is otherwise not available to act as presiding officer, in which case the board shall select any other person who is available to act as presiding officer.(c) The presiding officer in an adjudicative proceeding shall be subject to replacement in the event that a majority of the board members present so vote in the interest of justice or in the event of the illness or unavailability of the board chairman.N.H.
