Section Hcp 206.01 - Approval by the New Hampshire Department of Justice

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all subpoenas, investigations, appointments of legal counsel, experts, investigators, and other such investigatory provisions shall be approved by the State of New Hampshire department of justice, pursuant to RSA 137-F:21, I.
