Section Hcp 204.01 - Filing Documents with the Board(a) A document shall be considered filed when it is actually received at the board's office and is facially in conformity with the board's rules.(b) A document which is facially in violation of the board's rules shall not be accepted for filing. Such submissions shall be returned to the sender without prejudice to subsequent acceptance if the deficiencies are corrected and the document is refiled within any applicable time period.(c) All correspondence, filings or communications intended for the board shall be addressed to the board's office in care of its executive secretary.(d) All petitions, motions, exhibits, memoranda or other documents filed in connection with a request for board action shall be filed with an original and one copy unless the board directs otherwise.(e) Notwithstanding (d), above, only a single copy shall be filed of: (1) Transmittal letters, requests for public information, or other routine correspondence not directed at formal board action;(2) License or registration applications; and(3) Complaints against licensees or registrants.(f) Failure to furnish the required number of copies shall result in a tendered document being returned as unacceptable for filing.N.H.
