Section Hab 102.10 - Ex Parte Communication

Ex parte communication" means any direct or indirect communication with the board or an board member concerning a pending matter when all parties to the proceeding are not present or when all parties have not been sent a copy of any written communication in accordance with RSA 541-A:36.
