Section Geo 401.02 - Renewal of License

Any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit:

(a) The renewal application supplied by the board;

(b) The fee specified in Geo 305.02(e); and

(c) The late fee of 20 percent per month if the renewal is not received by the date of expiration.
