Section Gen 407.14 - Receipt of Infection Control Education

Documentation of a licensee's receipt of infection control education shall be:

(a) A photocopy of a certificate showing:

(1) The title or subject matter of the education; and

(2) The receipt of the education by the licensee; or

(b) A statement signed by the supervisor of the facility where the course took place providing the information described in (a) above.
