Section Gen 407.06 - Educational Events Sponsored by the NSGC or ACMG

(a) Documentation of completion shall be:

(1) A photocopy of the original of an official NSGC or ACMG continuing education registry transcript: or

(2) A certificate of attendance showing:

a.The name of the licensee;

b.The name or title of the event; and

c.The date and hours of the event.
