Section Gen 406.17 - Peer Review of Manuscripts(a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence a licensee's participation in peer review of a manuscript so long as: (1) The licensee was invited to do so; and(2) The review is for a manuscript to be published in a scientific journal.(b) The board shall credit the licensee with one hour per manuscript for conducting a peer review of a manuscript for a maximum of 5 per renewal cycle.(c) Documentation of peer review of manuscripts shall be: (1) A photocopy of the invitation;(2) A photocopy of the review as submitted via the online journal review system; and(3) A photocopy of the letter of thanks for completing the review.N.H.
