Section Gcd 303.02 - Disability Basis for Participation

The disabilities forming the basis for participation in TEAP shall be:

(a) Deafness;

(b) Being hard of hearing;

(c) Speech impairment; or

(d) Other inability, by reason of a physical, vision, hearing or speech disability, to readily use a standard telephone.
