Section Gcd 214.05 - Effect of Declaratory Rulings

A declaratory ruling shall:

(a) Apply only to the petitioner; and

(b) Be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Gcd 214.02(a) (2) and in response to any request of the commission made pursuant to Gcd 214.03(b).
