Section Gcd 211.11 - Decision on Motion for Rehearing

Within 10 days of its receipt of a motion for rehearing, the commission shall notify all parties and intervenors that it has:

(a) Granted or denied the motion for rehearing; or

(b) Suspended its final decision pending further consideration of the motion.
