Section Gcd 211.05 - Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law(a) Any party or intervenor may submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law to the presiding officer or presiding panel before or at the hearing.(b) The presiding officer or presiding panel shall require the submission of proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and specify a date after the close of the hearing for their submission when: (1) Any party or intervenor has requested such action; or(2) The presiding officer or panel determines that proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law would clarify the issues presented at the hearing.(c) In any case where proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law are submitted, the decision shall include rulings on the proposals.N.H.
