N.H. Admin. Code § Gcd 209.02

Section Gcd 209.02 - Failure to Attend Hearing

If any party to whom notice has been given in accordance with Gcd 207.01 fails to attend the hearing, the presiding officer or panel shall:

(a) Declare that party to be in default; and

(b) Dismiss the case if the party failing to appear has the overall burden of proof or hear the testimony and receive the evidence offered by the party attending if the attending party has the overall burden of proof.
