Section Gcd 204.03 - Delivery of Documents Relating to Proceedings(a) Copies of all petitions, motions, exhibits, memoranda, or other documents filed by any party or intervenor shall be delivered by that party or intervenor to all other parties and intervenors.(b) All notices, orders, decisions or other documents issued by the presiding officer or the presiding panel shall be delivered to all parties and intervenors.(c) Delivery of all documents relating to a proceeding shall be made by personal delivery or by depositing into the United States mail a copy of the document in an envelope bearing: (1) The name of the person intended to receive the document;(2) The full address, including zip code, last provided to the commission by such person; and(3) Prepaid first class postage.(d) When a party or intervenor appears by a representative, delivery of a document to the party's or intervenor's representative at the address stated on the appearance filed by the representative shall constitute delivery to the party or intervenor.N.H.
