Section Gal 303.03 - Applicability of Qualification Provisions(a) To the extent that the provisions of this chapter relative to qualifications for certification may change during the term of a guardian ad litem's initial period of certification, he or she shall not be deemed unqualified during that period if he or she meets the qualifications that were in effect at the time he or she was initially certified.(b) A guardian ad litem seeking renewal of certification or reinstatement under Gal 400 shall meet the qualifications for renewal or reinstatement that are in effect at the time of that application for renewal or reinstatement.N.H.
