Section Gal 213.01 - Settlement of Some or All Issues in a Dispute(a) Any guardian ad litem who has a dispute with the board shall have the opportunity at any time to reach an agreement to settle some or all of the issues: (1) If there is no dispute about the material facts underlying the issues to be settled; and(2) If the dispute relates to a complaint submitted in accordance with Gal 203, the complainant has the opportunity to submit for the board's consideration written comment on the terms of the proposed settlement.(b) To be effective, an agreement to settle shall be: (2) Signed by the guardian ad litem; and(3) After the signing by the guardian ad litem, finalized as an order issued by the board.(c) The signing by the guardian ad litem of an agreement to settle shall constitute a waiver of the guardian ad litem's right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.(d) Pursuant to RSA 541-A:31, V. (a) and RSA 541-A:38, any person who has a dispute with the board other than as described in paragraphs (a) - (c) above shall have the opportunity to attempt to reach a resolution of the dispute by agreement.(e) An agreement under paragraph (d) above resolving some or all of the issues comprising the dispute shall become effective when its terms have been reduced to a writing signed by the parties to the agreement.(f) The signing of a document setting forth the terms of an agreement under paragraph (d) above resolving some or all of the issues comprising a dispute shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing, or further hearing, of the issues resolved by the agreement.N.H.
