Section Frl 215.05 - Effect of Declaratory Ruling

A declaratory ruling shall apply only to the board and to the individual or entity requesting it and shall be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Frl 215.02(a)(2) through (a) (3) and in response to a request of the board made pursuant to Frl 215.03(b).
