Section Fis 810.04 - Breeding and Sale of Wildlife(a) Exhibitors may sell wildlife to other licensed exhibitors.(b) Moose and white tailed deer provided, pursuant to Fis 804.13(a) to an exhibitor licensed under this part shall not be propagated, sold, donated or disposed of.(c) Violation of paragraph (b) shall result in the immediate loss of all moose or white-tailed deer and the loss of the exhibitors permit after notice and hearing in accordance with Fis 200.N.H.
