Section Fis 808.06 - Municipal Notification(b) The department shall notify the municipality in writing of new applications and afford the town or municipality 30 days from the date on the letter to contact the department with any comments or concerns.(c) No response from the town or municipality shall indicate that it has no comments to make during the application process and at which time the department shall resume the review of the application.(d) The department shall deny any new application not in compliance with local zoning provisions and other local ordinances and codes.(e) This section shall not apply to licensees applying for renewal of their current license for a regulated shooting area.N.H.
