Section Fis 807.01 - Definitions(a) "Abutter" means any person whose property adjoins or is directly across a right of way from the site under consideration.(b) "Littoral owner" means a shore front property owner who owns to the high water mark or other public/private boundary and whose property boundaries abut the site under consideration.N.H.
