Section Fis 806.04 - Permit to Propagate

(a) The applicant for a permit to propagate wildlife shall include the following on an application form:

(1) Name of applicant;

(2) Applicant's street address and mailing address;

(3) Applicant's telephone number and email address, if applicable;

(4) Address of the facility at which the wildlife is to be possessed;

(5) The wildlife species' common name, scientific name, number and sex of each species which will be propagated;

(6) Date of application;

(7) Federal permit number, if applicable; and

(8) Signature of applicant.

(b) Permittees requesting renewal of a propagation permit shall submit:

(1) A census listing of the number and species of wildlife in possession at the time of renewal; and

(2) Documentation that the wildlife have been inspected pursuant to Fis 806.01(d).

(c) A permit fee in the amount of $30.00 shall be submitted with each application or renewal application.
