Section Fis 801.25 - Venomous reptile

"Venomous reptile" means a reptile normally found in a venomous state in the wild and is normally capable of inflicting serious or fatal injuries to humans. "Venomous reptile" includes those reptiles in which the venom glands have been surgically removed.
