Section Fis 801.07 - Exhibitor

"Exhibitor" means any person engaged in the showing, displaying or training of wildlife for the purpose of public viewing of the wildlife whether or not a fee is collected, and who possesses, if applicable, a current United States Department of Agriculture exhibitor's permit and/or US Fish and Wildlife Service permit to exhibit.
