Section Fis 502.05 - Equipment(a) In addition to the equipment requirements specified in RSA 214:34-a, licensed bait dealers shall use a fish grader, with minimum grader spacings of 14/64 inches, while taking freshwater smelt for sale as bait from ice in through February 28.(b) The licensed bait dealer shall immediately liberate alive all undersized smelt into the waters from which they were taken.N.H.
