Section Fis 312.02 - Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(a) No person shall take or attempt to take wildlife by use of a UAV.(b) No person shall use a UAV to: (1) Attempt to locate, surveil, or aid or assist in any attempt to locate or surveil any wildlife, for the purpose of taking or attempting to take the wildlife;(2) Use in any manner to communicate the location or approximate location of any wildlife to any person on the ground for the purpose of taking or attempting to take the wildlife; or(3) Drive or harass any wildlife, or otherwise aid or assist in taking or attempting to take wildlife.(c) The provisions of this section shall not apply to the actions of law enforcement officers and personnel of the fish and game department in the performance of their official duties.N.H.
