Section Fis 310.01 - Control of Black Bear-Human Conflicts

No person shall use, place, provide, give, expose, deposit, scatter, or distribute any material that results in attracting black bears after receiving notice from the executive director or designee to cease the activity because the activity could result in injury to a person, damage to property, or create a public nuisance.
