Section Fis 2101.03 - Harassment(a) No person shall intentionally harass or interfere with any individual(s) by obstructing or impeding their participation in the lawful activity of hunting, trapping, or fishing.(b) No person shall engage in any activity with the intent to disturb wild animals and prevent their lawful taking.(c) No person shall use an UAV to conduct surveillance of any individual who is lawfully hunting, trapping, or fishing without obtaining written consent of the individual(s) prior to conducting the surveillance.N.H.
