Section Fis 2101.01 - Applicability This chapter shall not apply to:
(a) The actions of law enforcement officers and department personnel in the performance of their official duties; and(b) Any incidental interference arising from the lawful and normal activities of public land users.N.H. Admin. Code § Fis 2101.01
