Section Fis 1606.03 - Definitions(a) "Department" means the New Hampshire fish and game department.(b) "Fund" means the statewide public boat access fund, established by RSA 233-A:13.(c) "Program" means the program for donations by operators of non-motorized boats and others, established by RSA 233-A:15.N.H.
