Section Fis 1603.02 - Special Use Permits(a) A special use permit shall be required on all lands under department control, including public boat access areas under RSA 233-A: 1, IV, for all conduct other than: (1) Operation of a licensed guiding service associated with hunting, trapping, or fishing; or(2) All conduct expressly allowed under Fis 1603.02.(b) Requests for the issuance of a special use permit shall be made and evaluated in accordance with rule Fis 900 on lands and waters under department control.N.H.
