Section Fis 1511.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this part is to describe sound level limits and test procedures to be used by conservation officers to detect the exhaust sound emissions of ATV's UTV's, trail bikes, or any other OHRV for the purpose of enforcing RSA 215-A:12.
