Section Fis 1502.09 - Transfer of Registration or License Prohibited(a) The following types of OHRV or snowmobile registration certificates and licenses shall not be eligible to be transferred: (1) Temporary 10-day OHRV registration;(2) Permanent registration of an antique OHRV or snowmobile;(3) Annual dealer license and associated dealer plates;(4) Annual rental agent license and associated rental decals; and(5) Any registration that has been suspended or revoked for cause.N.H.
