Section Fis 1204.01 - Special Youth Waterfowl Hunting Day(a) The last weekend in September shall be designated as New Hampshire's youth waterfowl hunting days.(b) Youths shall be under 16 years of age and shall be accompanied by a licensed adult over 18 years of age.(c) Adults who accompany youth hunters during the special youth waterfowl hunting days shall possess a current hunting license and shall not take waterfowl.(d) The daily bag limits, including black ducks, shall be the same as those allowed during the open season in accordance with 50 CFR Part 20 and Fis 302.04, 302.05, 302.06, 302.07 and Fis 302.071.N.H.
