Section Fis 1110.05 - Freshwater Fishing Miscellaneous Permits and Licenses(a) The fee for a permit to promote or operate a fishing tournament, pursuant to RSA 211:16-b, shall be $49, except as set forth in (b) and (c), below.(b) The fee for a catch, measure, and release bass fishing tournament permit shall be $10.(c) The fee for a club level bass fishing tournament permit shall be $10.(d) There shall be no fee for any New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) bass fishing tournaments.(e) The fee for a license to sell freshwater fishing bait, pursuant to RSA 214:34, II and III, shall be: (1) Twenty-five dollars in addition to the agent fee for retailers required by RSA 214-A:4, I; and(2) Seventy-five dollars in addition to the agent fee for wholesalers required by RSA 214-A:4, I.(f) The fee for a license to import bait, pursuant to RSA 214:34-d, shall be $9.50.N.H.
