Section Fis 1106.02 - Taxidermy License(a) An applicant for a license to conduct taxidermy shall complete and submit the "Taxidermy Report and Application" form, Rev 01/23, available at taxidermy-report.pdf (nh.gov), together with a fee as determined in accordance with Fis 1110.08, to the department.(b) Complete reports for previous taxidermy licenses shall be received before subsequent or renewal applications will be considered.(c) The applicant shall only acquire the license in person, by mail from the department at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. 03301, or downloaded from the department's website. If submitted to the department by mail, the applicant shall also enclose a business sized, stamped, self-addressed envelope to allow return of the license document by mail.N.H. Admin.
