Section Fis 1103.02 - Fur Buyer's License(a) An applicant for a fur buyer's license shall complete and submit an "Application for Fur Buyer's License" form, Rev 01/23, available at fur-buyers.pdf (nh.gov), together with the required fee as determined in accordance with Fis 1110.08.(b) Every applicant shall also provide a copy of his or her current state issued motor vehicle driver license or state issued non-driver photo identification card which shall be used to determine if the applicant qualifies for status as a resident of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 214:11-a.(c) By submitting the application, the applicant agrees to:(1) Keep a record, open to the conservation officers of the department, of all furs bought and sold;(2) Report to the department, within 30 days of the expiration of the license, the total number of each kind of fur bought and the average value of each fur; and(3) Cooperate with the conservation officers of the department in all matters pertaining to the fur laws. (d) All types of fur buyer's licenses shall be effective between July 1 of the year of issue and June 30 of the subsequent year.(e) No existing fur buyers license shall be renewed before June 1 of the current year or until a report of furs bought has been filed by the licensed fur buyer.(f) The applicant shall only obtain the license in person or by mail from the fish and game department at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301. If submitted to the department by mail, the applicant shall also enclose a business sized, stamped, self-addressed envelope to allow return of the license document by mail.N.H. Admin.
