Section Fire 403.04 - Commission Approval of Tests(a) All written and practical tests shall be approved as determined in Fire 402.01(a).(b) Tests offered prior to final commission approval shall be deemed valid for all purposes under these rules, with the exception of any particular questions or objectives subsequently rejected by the commission.
