Section Fire 202.06 - Discovery(a) Parties shall be provided with all documents and records requested relative to the issues raised by the request for hearing no later than 5 working days prior to the hearing date.(b) All discovery requests shall be in writing and shall be honored unless the presiding officer rules that the request is not relevant to an issue(s).N.H.
