Section Eth 212.03 - Standard and Burden of Proof

In order to find an ethical violation the committee shall be convinced by clear and convincing evidence that such violation occurred. With respect to motions filed before the committee, the moving party shall have the burden of persuading the committee that his or her motion should be granted.
