Section Esb 206.03 - Notice

(a) Notice for public forums concerning equalization ratio studies shall be:

(1) Posted at the offices of the House and Senate Clerks offices;

(2) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301;

(3) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list;

(4) Placed on the web at www.nh.gov/revenue/; and

(5) Placed in a newspaper for the area covering each forum location.
