Section Esb 104.07 - Limitations on Public Participation

(a) In conducting board meetings the chairperson or a designee, at any time before or during a board meeting, shall:

(1) Refuse to recognize a person who refuses to comply with Esb 104.06 above;

(2) Revoke recognition of a speaker who does not comply with Esb 104.06 above; and

(3) Limit the amount of time each speaker may speak at the discretion of the chairperson as speakers and time necessitates.
