Section Esb 104.03 - Notice

(a) Notice for board meetings shall be:

(1) Posted at the offices of the House and Senate Clerks;

(2) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH;

(3) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list; and

(4) Placed on the web at www.nh.gov/revenue/.
