Section Env-WtC 206.15 - Supplemental Proceedings(a) The provisions of this part shall not limit the council's authority to structure individual proceedings in a manner suitable to their particular subject matter and due process requirements, to require submittal of written argument, or to schedule additional hearings or conferences.(b) An order scheduling further proceedings or otherwise reopening the record to allow filing of written argument may be issued by the presiding officer at any time prior to the issuance of a final order in a proceeding.N.H.
