Section Env-WtC 202.15 - Change in Allowed Times

Except where a time period is fixed by statute, the council may, on its own initiative or by motion of any party and with notice to all affected parties:

(a) Enlarge or shorten the time provided for the filing of any document; or

(b) Advance or postpone the time set for any hearing, conference, or other activity.
