Section Env-WtC 103.02 - Responsibilities of the Wetlands CouncilThe responsibilities of the council shall be as follows:
(a) As required by RSA 21-O:5-a, IV, the council shall consult with and advise the commissioner of the department with respect to the policy, programs, goals, and operations of the department as they relate to wetlands and protected shorelands, with particular emphasis on long-range planning for the department and on education of the public relative to the functions of the department;(b) As required by RSA 21-O:5-a, V, the council shall hear and decide all appeals from final department actions relative to the functions and responsibilities of the department which relate to wetlands and protected shorelands; and(c) As required by RSA 21-O:5-a, VI, the council shall review proposed rules of the department relative to wetlands and protected shorelands.N.H.
