Section Env-WtC 102.13 - Person"Person" means:
(a) For purposes of an appeal under RSA 482-A, "person" as defined in RSA 482-A:2, VI, namely "any natural person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, organization or legal entity of any kind including municipal corporations, governmental departments and agencies, or their subdivisions"; and(b) For purposes of an appeal under RSA 483-B, "person" as defined in RSA 483-B:4, XII, namely "a corporation, company, association, society, firm, partnership or joint stock company, as well as an individual, a state, and any political subdivision of a state or any agency or instrumentality thereof."N.H.
