Section Env-Wt 903.02 - Application Fees(a) The application fee for a stream crossing project classified as minimum impact shall be as specified in RSA 482-A:3, I(c) for a minimum impact project.(b) The application fee for a stream crossing project that does not qualify as a minimum impact project shall be calculated as specified in RSA 482-A:3, I(c) based upon the sum of the square feet of impacts to the banks and channel bottom and other associated jurisdictional areas.N.H.
