Section Env-Wt 808.13 - Title Examination Requirements(a) The applicant for funding from the ARM Fund for acquisition of a conservation interest shall obtain a title examination or an updated title examination after the applicant has received notification from the department that the applicant's application for funding has been selected and prior to the funding being provided.(b) The title examination shall be conducted for each property included in the proposed project.(c) In order for the title examination to be accepted as determinative that there is clear and marketable title to the property, the title examination shall be certified by the attorney who examined the title that the work was conducted in accordance with the "New Hampshire Title Examination Standards" of the New Hampshire Bar Association.N.H.
